About Grace Ingram-Eiser
Grace brings thoughtful attention, steadfast commitment, and positive energy to addressing clients’ needs.
Prior to joining Nonprofit Elements, Grace served as Program Manager for Little Helping Hands (now Generation SERVE). In this role, she assisted with both tactical and strategic planning for this young organization to increase its capacity and to continue its growth. Grace has five years of educational administration experience, working in marketing and enrollment management for a private school in Virginia. She gained additional on-the-ground skills as the co-founder and director of a summer leadership camp for girls. Grace is an active member of her community, currently serving as the co-president of the St. Andrew’s Episcopal School Parent Association and as a member of The Nature Conservancy Austin Advisory Board.
Grace is methodical yet creative, exceling at pulling insight from market research and communicating with a variety of stakeholders. She has experience working with a variety of nonprofits, developing and managing productive relationships within and among organizations.
Grace holds an M.B.A. with honors from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a B.A. from Yale University.
